· HS does not own or control these service providers and is not liable for their deficiencies or errors.
· Pricing and availability are subject to market conditions and exchange rates.
· Users must be 18+ to book. Booking implies acceptance of all terms.
· Guests must be physically/mentally fit. HS is not responsible for health issues during travel.
· Medical expenses and compliance with government health protocols are the guest’s responsibility.
· A contract is formed only after HS receives the registration deposit.
· Tour prices are dynamic and may vary between guests. Full payment is due 45 days before departure.
· Non-payment allows HS to cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges.
· HS may alter itineraries due to weather, safety, or logistics without notice.
· Additional costs from unforeseen changes (e.g., flight delays) must be paid by the guest.
· No refunds for missed sightseeing or services due to guest delays.
· HS may expel guests for abusive behavior or illegal activities without a refund.
· Possession of drugs or weapons is strictly prohibited.
· Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotels, coaches, or third-party property.
· HS is not liable for insurance claim rejections or loss of personal belongings.
· Legal disputes are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts.
· Unsuccessful legal actions against HS require the guest to pay all company legal fees.
· HS grants a limited license for personal, non-commercial booking use only.
· Guests must ensure account security. HS is not liable for unauthorized access or data breaches.
· Unauthorized use of HS content is prohibited.
