Georgia, a country at the intersection of Europe and Asia, is a former Soviet republic that’s home to Caucasus Mountain villages and Black Sea beaches. It’s famous for Vardzia, a sprawling cave monastery dating to the 12th century, and the ancient wine-growing region Kakheti. The capital, Tbilisi, is known for its diverse architecture and mazelike, cobblestone streets of its old town.

Day 02

Tbilisi city tour with main highlights

Breakfast in the Hotel
start to explore the Tbilisi city tour, visiting the main attractions of the city:
Metekhi plateau with the view of Old Town
Rike park and Bridge of Peace (The glass bridge)
Cable car to Narikala Fortress – the main landmark of Tbilisi, ancient fort defending the city and opening breathtaking views of the capital
Abanotubani (baths district) – the oldest district of the capital where its history starts from
Leghvtakhevi waterfall – a beautiful natural wonder in the heart old city
Mtastminda Park, also known as Bombora Park is a place above Tbilisi, on a hill. You can see the whole of Tbilisi from above there. There are drop-down balls, horror houses, small carousels, small cars to drive, falling into the water with boats, and shooting games.

Day 03

Ananuri and Gudauri tour

start an exciting journey to the mountain areas of Georgia via the Georgian Military Highway through the Caucasus Mountains.
Ananuri – a medieval fortress overlooking the Jinvali Reservoir. Beautiful place at any time of the year.
Gudauri - the highest ski resort in Georgia along the Georgian Military Highway at an elevation of 2,200 meters (7,200 ft.) above sea level. But it is famous even during other seasons. People come here to enjoy breathtaking views and breath crystal-clean air.

Day 04

Transfer to Batumi, enroute Dendrological park

09:00 Move towards west part of country, pearl of the black sea – Batumi
On route visit Prometeus caves. The magic cave of Prometheus is full with stunning curtains of stalactites and stalagmites. It is possible to walk through the length of 1420 meters in the cave's territory visit the halls and enjoy boat tour by walking the river. Discover real masterpieces of nature - stalactites and stalagmites at Prometheus Cave, which are the most beautiful forms created by nature
Proceed towards Dendrological park, Located in Ozurgeti municipality, will be over 200 giant trees of unique species, 58 species of birds from all continents and bamboo grove is ready to receive visitors.

Day 05

Batumi city tour & Makhuntseti Waterfall

Start exploring the White pearl of the black sea, Batumi - charming sea resort of the third millennium with high-class luxury hotels. City is exquisitely framed by exotic subtropical flora and it is not only an important seaport for entire Georgia, but also a tourism capital of the country. The romantic picture of ships departure from the harbor is better seen from Batumi Quay.
Visit :
Europe Square ,surrounded by beautiful belle époque buildings – renovated survivors from Batumi's original heyday plus new buildings in similar style. The square's musical fountains are a magnet for kids on hot summer evenings.
The Medea monument - In Greek mythology, Medea was a daughter of King Aieti, the king of Kolkheti in present day western Georgia. Medea helped Jason to steal the legendary Golden Fleece.
The Astronomical Clock also in Europe Square adorns the restored facade of the former National Bank building. A chime indicates the full hour, a single ring the half-hour. Apart from the time of day, the clock also shows astronomical information – the placement of the sun and the moon, the moon phase, the meridian and the horizon.
Ali & Nino The 7m-high, ethereally moving, metal sculpture Woman and Man, by Tamar Kvesitadze. The two figures represent a Muslim boy, Ali, and a Georgian princess, Nino, from a famous 1937 novel by Azerbaijani author Kurban Said.
Alphabet Tower is a 130-meter-high structure the tower symbolizes the uniqueness of the Georgian alphabet and people. The structure combines the design of DNA, in its familiar double helix pattern. Two helix bands rise up the tower holding 33 letters of the Georgian alphabet, each 4 meters tall and made of aluminum
Makhuntseti waterfall is the highest waterfall in the Adjara region (30m).It is a 4 season destination, with summer cooling with breeze winds, , beautiful autumn with flowers and leaves gliding through the air; in winter there are glazers of tremendous heights, and in spring it's nature can please the eye with the flowering nature around the waterfall

Transfer to Borjomi, Rabati tour

Proceed toward Borjomi , hydrothermal health spa resort. This picturesque valley lies at an altitude of 800 m. Borjomi has an international reputation for its geothermal spring mineral water resources. Beautiful small town of Akhaltsikhe (located 50 km farther from Borjomi) with its millennium long history is situated not far from the border of Turkey and Armenia, and has had a strategic significance lately as it was on the crossroad of highways. The name of the town "Akhaltsikhe" means “new castle”. The main sight of the town, old stone Rabati fortress, is standing on the small hill, overlooking Akhaltsikhe. Its name comes from Arabic meaning “fortified place”. This military building erected in the 13th century had witnessed a lot over the centuries. In 2012 there was held a large reconstruction after which Rabati fortress in Akhaltsikhe turned into a town within the town. There is a church, mosque, synagogue, small park, History Museum, various shops, hotels and even civil registry office inside the fortress walls.

Departure transfer to Tbilisi airport, on route visit Uphlistsikhe.

As per flight time, move toward Tbilisi airport, turn off from road for half an hours driver to explore cave city Uphlistsikhe- meaning "The Fortress of lord" is an ancient cave town from the 1st half of the 1st millennium BC. It was the main center of paganism and represents a complex of halls, caves, theatres, altars, pagan temples, secret tunnels, prisons, pharmacy, passages-streets all carved out of stone over an area of 4 hectares. Some premises, wine storages, fragments of temples and fortifications, the secret underground tunnel used for water supply are still intact. Drop off in airport
